Launch list (waitlist)

When you join the launch list we save:

• Required: your first name and email address.
• Optional: who you would play with, which play mode interests you most, any question or feedback you type, and whether you ticked "email me early supporter offers".

We use this to send BEDVOLLEY development and launch updates, to send early supporter offers only if you ticked that box, and to understand which play modes people care about. Joining is not a purchase or reservation.

Question form

If you send a question, we save your name, email address and question, and a notification containing them is emailed to our inbox (bedvolley@gmail.com) so we can reply. To prevent abuse the form limits how often messages can be sent.

Accounts

If you create an account on the sign-in page, we store your email address and sign-in details (or the basic profile shared by Google if you choose Google sign-in) so you can sign in. Account emails, such as confirmations and password resets, are sent automatically.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics (GA4) loads only after you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you decline or ignore it, no analytics script is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again; you can reset it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

With consent, analytics records pages visited (without the part of the address after "?") and a small set of named events: viewing the launch-list form, clicking a launch-list button, a successful signup, and which play mode you engaged with. Form contents such as your name, email or questions are never sent to analytics.

Service providers

• Lovable — hosts the website and provides its cloud database, sign-in and email-sending services, where the information above is stored and processed.
• Google — Google Analytics (only after consent), Google sign-in (only if you choose it), the Gmail inbox that receives question notifications, and Google Fonts, which your browser loads from Google's servers to display text.
• YouTube — the homepage video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube receives data when the player loads or you press play.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list entries, questions and accounts while BEDVOLLEY is in development and launching, or until you ask us to delete them. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule yet.

Your choices

• Stop emails: reply to any BEDVOLLEY email or email bedvolley@gmail.com asking to be removed. We handle these requests by hand.
• Access, correction or deletion: email bedvolley@gmail.com from the address you used and tell us what you need.
• Analytics: decline the cookie notice, or clear this site's data in your browser to choose again.

Children

The launch list and question form are meant for adults, such as parents and guardians. Please do not let children submit their own details. If you think a child has, email bedvolley@gmail.com and we will delete it.
